Thirst-inducing Iron – 2023 – Lionel Osmin & Co.

Hidden in the heart of the Aveyron region is the Marcillac appellation. Its 200 hectares of vines are planted exclusively with the Mansois grape variety, also known as Fer Servadou. With its terraced landscapes and red-hued soils, Marcillac represents one of the most beautiful wine-growing landscapes in France. It is also the northernmost vineyard in Southwest France, nestled at the foothills of the Massif Central. This wine boasts a beautiful, brilliant purple color and offers silky tannins, aromas of blackcurrant and licorice, as well as a hint of violet.
