Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is a blend of 100% Chardonnay grapes from different years. A very high proportion of the wines come from Premier Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims for their aromatic finesse, complemented by wines from the Sézannais region, known for their roundness. Finally, a few wines from the northern Vesle Valley contribute a touch of freshness and lightness. It offers a supple, harmonious attack on the palate with considerable roundness and a well-balanced vinosity, supported by superb freshness.
