COLOR : beautiful gold.
NOSE : Both fresh and seductive, it unveils sweet notes of ripe pear, cherry juice, and exotic fruits. Citrus fruits, blood orange and lemon, emerge, giving way to subtle floral notes of apple and cherry blossom. Upon opening, it becomes more indulgent and pastry-like, with coconut, bourbon vanilla, and cream-filled choux pastries. Underlying these are delicate touches of mint and a hint of musk.
MOUTH : Juicy and luscious, it lives up to the promise of its aroma. A medley of ripe fruits is accentuated by pronounced notes of rum (banana) and caramel. It becomes more complex with hints of licorice, star anise, and anise. The mid-palate is fruitier, dominated by pear nectar, and quickly gives way to creamier flavors without ever becoming heavy. Freshness is ever-present.
FINAL: Just as indulgent as the palate, it develops on pear and bourbon vanilla before fading away on a very beautiful and light bitterness.
