This village appellation produces seductive wines, with a long finish, both rich and subtle, fresh and silky. Located on the "Les Pellans" plot just below Les Charmes, adjacent to Puligny-Montrachet, this vineyard offers the full typicity of Meursault.

MOUTH : A direct attack, the mouth is round and elegant

VINTAGE: 2018
NAME: AOC Meursault
GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Chardonnay
AGEING : Aged for 18 months in oak barrels, with weekly stirring. The barrels were 36 months dry-aged, using wood sourced from forests in central France (selection of fine grain). The wood was lightly, slowly, and thoroughly toasted. 
TERROIR:
  Facing due east, at an altitude of 250m. Stony and marly soil.

Serving temperature: 12-14°C

Aging potential: 2 to 10 years

Pairs well with poultry in white sauce, roast monkfish or grilled prawns. Blue cheeses and foie gras with an older vintage.
