King Aubrac Beef – Marcillac AOC Red Wine – Lionel Osmin

This exceptional vintage is the result of an inspired collaboration between Lionel Osmin & Cie and the Vignerons du Vallon de Marcillac. It celebrates the meeting of two Aveyron treasures: the Mansois grape variety, whose bunches are meticulously hand-harvested on the steep red sand slopes, and the prestigious Aubrac cattle breed, raised free-range in the open air in the Aveyron, Cantal and Lozère regions.
