APPEARANCE: Copper orange.
NOSEBoth lively and refined. Balsamic (pine, linden) and fruity (orange, persimmon), the nose is marked by delicate aromas of quince jelly. With aeration, the aromatic profile reveals chocolatey, autumnal (dried leaves), camphoraceous tones, and a lovely rancio (cherry in brandy).
PALATEStraight, slender. Fibrous (ginger), the initial taste reveals nuanced flavors of freshly cut grass and peppermint. In the mid-palate, beeswax and cocoa powder gently disperse across the palate.
FINISHLong, silky. Very delicate (peach skin), the beginning of the finish releases notes of melon with great purity of expression. Rich and refreshing, the aftertaste is an invitation to savor hazelnut ice cream.
