The story goes that when the Landier family discovered it, they were so captivated by the quality of the eau-de-vie that they bought it immediately. What we do know is that this spirit was distilled in the late 1980s. Wonderfully unexpected, it comes from a small village located in the Fins Bois, the largest production region of the Cognac appellation. For over three decades, it matured in French oak barrels, developing a profusion of flavors of tropical fruit, citrus, flowers, and spices. This period of aging, dedicated to its slow maturation, proved highly fruitful, culminating in its ultimate destiny: the remarkable nectar contained in this bottle.
