This whisky of 100% French origin was made from organic malted barley grown in Charente and distilled in a traditional Charentais still.

Originating from unspoiled nature, it reveals exceptional purity and a rare personality.

Its name is that of a butterfly of light woods and brushy hillsides (Brintesia circe), of a plant of meadows and hedges (Silene vulgaris), but also of the god of drunkenness, adoptive father of Bacchus.
