Ruinart – Rosé Champagne

The blend is based primarily on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from Premier Cru vineyards. Specifically, it contains 451 parts per 100 ml of Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, and 551 parts per 100 ml of Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne, of which 18 to 191 parts per 100 ml are vinified as red wine. The wine offers a crisp and full attack on the palate, accompanied by a gentle effervescence. Ruinart Rosé is a wonderfully convivial champagne that can be enjoyed throughout a meal, from aperitif to dessert.

NOSE : Subtle and fresh, initially offering an original palette of exotic fruits and small red berries. Notes of rose and pomegranate complete this complex and intense aromatic profile.

MOUTH : On the palate, the attack is direct, the mouth silky and fleshy, carried by aromas of pomegranate, guava and lychee, pink grapefruit and peppermint.
