Petnat Terrace – 2023

This product comes from the young vines of our estate (EARL du Peyrat, an organic estate since 1998) – everything was hand-harvested, pressed, vinified and bottled by us on the property. They produced 900 bottles of this cuvée, which they named Terrasse, in reference to their plot planted on a limestone base (but it's also on a terrace that we'd love to see these bubbles bloom this summer!).
