Manuel Olivier – Hautes Côtes de Nuits – Old vines – 2023

This regional appellation is geographically situated above the most famous Grands Crus of the Côte de Nuits. The grapes for this cuvée are harvested from vines over 30 years old and macerate in vats for 4 to 5 weeks. A 15-month aging period in oak barrels imparts a pleasing hint of oak.
