Coucou Blanc – Elian Da Ros – 2020 – Côtes du Marmandais

The estate now covers 19 hectares of hillside vineyards on a terroir of gravel and clay-limestone. The vines have been cultivated organically since 2000 and biodynamically since 2002.
«We pay close attention to the work and care of the vines, because it is the sum of small details practiced throughout the year that makes a big difference in the final quality. In the cellar, too, we work gently to respect the grapes, but above all, we guide them so that they express the terroir from which they come and the unique character of each vintage.» – Elian Da Ros
