Bunnahabain Staoisha – 6 years – 2014 Signatory Vintage

One might wonder if, in addition to its nearly unpronounceable name, Bunnahabhain isn't sometimes trying to confuse us. Generally unpeated when the distillery's name appears alone on the label, the Moine and Staoisha versions boast an intensely smoky profile, true representatives of the Islay style. Staoisha is the name of a lake located a few kilometers from the distillery, in the heart of the island's peat bogs.
