Bosquet des Papes – Chante Le Merle – 2019 – Châteauneuf du Pape

The Boiron family has been a winemaking family for five generations. It all started in 1860, with Emmanuel Boiron's first investments in the local vineyard.
Today, as he has since 1995, Nicolas is contributing to the development of the wine industry with the purchase of 3 hectares of Côtes du Rhône and 4.5 hectares of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Together with his wife, Jeanne-Claire, they aim to ensure this decisive turning point in viticulture: the embracing of modernity and the alliance between technological advancements and respect for tradition.
