COLOR : Orange supported
NOSE : The freshness of ripe passion fruit and citrus fruits blended with the delicately spicy complexity of whisky.
PALATE : A silky and creamy texture, a beautiful fruity and tangy attack on all the nuances of passion fruit (flowers, tropical fruits, berries) refreshing which extend on sweet spices (cinnamon) and vanilla.
FINISH : An intense and persistent finish, very fruity and honeyed, then giving way to whisky and oak casks.
The whiskies are rigorously selected in Scotland, and some are then partially aged in the tropical climate of Martinique, using rum casks. Aikan Cocktails Passion is therefore a cocktail made with whisky distilled in Scotland and partially aged in rum casks in the same tropical climate.
As an aperitif or digestif, over ice cubes or crushed ice, possibly lengthened with sparkling water or soda.
