Old Vines Origin Domaine Chermette – Beaujolais – 2024

This is the flagship wine of the estate, which sought to revive the Beaujolais of yesteryear as early as 1986. This cuvée is crafted in the purest Beaujolais tradition: unchaptalized and unyeasted. Its concentration and freshness on the palate make it a Beaujolais with character.
