West Cork Maritime Single Malt Sherry Finish

This whiskey pays homage to Ger and Denis MacCarthy, founders of the West Cork distillery and former sailors on the trawlers that sailed off the coast of West Cork.

This rather unusual bottle, with its distinctive design, is inspired by the glass fishing floats of that era. It contains a whiskey aged in first-fill Bourbon barrels and then finished in Sherry Casks from Bodegas Baron.
