NOSE : Powerful, woody, with a finish of ripe olives,
MOUTH : A smooth finish followed by an explosion of flavors: spices, tobacco leaves, leather, furniture wax and caramelized fruits make it a collector's rum.

ORIGIN : Panama
DISTILLATION: distilled in February and December 2010 in Panama,
AGEING : Aged in American white oak barrels that previously held Bourbon. It has not undergone any cold stabilization; only a light filtration at bottling gives it its elegant clarity.
PRODUCTION : 1050 bottles, all numbered, were produced for this series.
Best enjoyed at room temperature, or slightly warmed.
