Pineau Fraichefont Cuvée Aubin Blanc 2022 — La Halte Rouillacaise

A single-plot dedicated cuvée — the estate's confidential signature

75 cl — 17 % vol. Ref. HRPI0010

25,00

Presentation

The Cuvée Aubin is a single-plot selection from the Fraichefont estate, vinified to express a more pronounced personality than the classic white Pineau blend. The 2022 vintage — sunny and concentrated — yields a cuvée at once round and taut, where grape ripeness meets aromatic precision. A signature bottle in the La Halte Rouillacaise range.

Tasting notes

  • Eye : Bright vivid-gold robe.
  • Nose : Rich, precise nose: ripe grape, mirabelle plum, fresh apricot, acacia blossom. A honeyed touch wraps the whole.
  • Palate : Suave, concentrated attack. The palate unfolds with dense substance, supported by a fine acidity that balances the liqueur. Notes of yellow fruit, honey and citron zest.
  • Finish : Long, fresh finish that extends the aromatic palette.
