Presentation
Crafted primarily from Merlot grapes, this rosé Pineau is born from the blending of Cognac eau-de-vie with grape juice during the very moment of fermentation at harvest. The grape juice undergoes a short maceration of 12 to 24 hours to draw out aromas and its distinctive rosé hue. This liqueur wine is aged for at least 12 months, including 8 months under oak.
