After a floral gin and another spicier one, here is a fruitier version of our gins distilled with immortelle flower. The scent of immortelle has a magical power: the power to transport you. For Melifera, it's the power to escape into summer daydreams and holidays. True to our motto, "one island, one flower, one legend," we are referencing the legend of the Count of Monte Cristo and his escape from the island of Château d'If. The scents and colors of the Mediterranean were the last he retained in his memory before being imprisoned there, and these are the ones we wanted to capture in this edition. Because you can't lock away a memory, a color, or a scent.
