Gin Pira by Christian Drouin

A variety of Norman perry pear, called Domfront, is thus associated with juniper, vanilla, lemon, black pepper as well as the root of Iris, that flower which adorns the roof of Norman cottages.
Pira is made according to the same principles as the original version of Le Gin; each botanical is macerated and redistilled separately to optimize the extraction of aromas.
The distillates are then blended before bottling. Pira offers luscious aromas of white fruits, black pepper and iris, always with the aromatic intensity that characterizes Drouin gins.

Produced in limited edition, only 8550 bottles are being put on the market.
