Faugères – La Montagne Noire – Rosé

This rosé wine is a selection of free-run juice (80%) supplemented by saignée (bleeding) on unique schist terroirs. This cuvée comprises four grape varieties grown on schist rock, highlighting the exceptional quality of a rosé where precision cold vinification and the concentration of grapes from young vines with low yields come together.
