Ernest Remy Champagnes also originated from the unexpected story of Alice and Tarek Berrada, both art historians. Their meeting in Switzerland gave rise to their improbable challenge: to revive the Ernest Remy legend almost entirely from scratch, using their family heritage, according to their own vision and style.
The vineyards of Maison Ernest Remy are all judiciously distributed across the Grand Cru territories of Mailly-Champagne and Verzenay. They elevate Pinot Noir to its highest expression, a grape variety magnified in this sector of the Grande Montagne de Reims.
