NOSE: Fresh, fruity, aromas of morello cherry, raspberry, and garrigue.
PALATE: Notes of cherry with kirsch, notes of blueberry, notes of garrigue
GRAPE VARIETIES: Carignan (4%) / Grenache (65%) / Mourvèdre (5%) / Syrah (25%) / Terret noir (1%)
APPELLATION: Coteaux du Languedoc AOP
DEVELOPMENT: Organic farming. Hand-harvested with successive sorting. Total destemming, malolactic fermentation, classic vinification, raw cement vats, destemming.
Ideal serving temperature: 16 to 18°C
Primarily intended as an aperitif but pairs very well with grilled red meats, lamb chop, pork chop, poultry.
