NOSE: superb, dark chocolate and sea spray. The peat and smoke gradually emerge. It is rich and very well-balanced, flavorful.
PALATE: Fresh and invigorating. Peat takes center stage, followed closely by dark chocolate, then herbaceous notes bursting with salt.
FINISH: long, with a lovely malty and saline bitterness. The peat remains quite present while serving the flavor profile.
