Double Jus by 30&40 – Apéritif de Normandie – is a handcrafted liqueur made in Normandy. It revives one of those old recipes for rum-based brandies, combining Pommeau de Normandie AOC and Calvados AOC aged in small Limousin oak barrels, all enhanced with a touch of Belizean rum. The name 30 & 40 pays homage to a game of chance that was very popular in Norman casinos at the beginning of the century. Quite versatile, Double Jus can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a cocktail with tonic.
