NOSE The freshness of pineapple and lime juice blended with the delicately spicy complexity of whisky.
PALATE : A silky and creamy texture, a beautiful fruity and tangy attack that lingers with sweet spices and vanilla.
FINISH An intense and persistent finish, very fruity, then giving way to whisky and oak casks.
Our whiskies are rigorously selected in Scotland, and some are then partially aged in the tropical climate of Martinique, using rum casks. Aikan Cocktails Ananas is therefore a cocktail made with whisky distilled in Scotland and partially aged in rum casks in the same tropical climate.
As an aperitif or digestif, over ice cubes or crushed ice, possibly lengthened with sparkling water or soda.
