NOSE : A scent of biscuit and cream, followed by an aromatic bouquet of juniper, coriander, pine needles, nettles, and mint. Added to this are notes of chestnuts with a delicate hint of wood smoke.
MOUTH : The attack on the palate is biting, peppery and sparkling, a real explosion of flavors: peppermint, eucalyptus, pine, wood sap, angelica, bitter orange and a hint of wood, then continues with sweet and bitter flavors of oak tannin, accompanied by rich vanilla and hints of anise.
FINAL: Long and persistent, with tangy notes of citrus, orange and lemon, as well as notes of oak
