For this rum, we harvested the sucrose-rich variety we call Yellow Lady from a terroir known as Upper la Calome.

The genesis of our pioneering project to propagate completely clean and healthy heritage sugarcane varieties began in our agricultural nursery, nestled in the Calome Valley.
With its almost terraced valley, it is composed of clay soils and an abundance of volcanic rocks.
