Wine is a Celebration – Côtes du Marmandais –

The estate now covers 19 hectares of hillside vineyards on a terroir of gravel and clay-limestone. The vines have been cultivated organically since 2000 and biodynamically since 2002.
As its name suggests, this wine is a pleasure wine with a fruity and fresh character. The winemaking process is gentle, without heavy extraction, in order to preserve the crispness and roundness of the grapes. It's a versatile wine; its roundness and fruitiness make it very drinkable, but it's also supported by a delicate tannic structure inherent to our Southwest grape varieties. It's therefore enjoyable as an aperitif, perfect for sharing a glass with friends, but also pairs very easily with richer dishes.
