This white Pineau is best enjoyed well chilled as an aperitif. It also shines in cocktails — a wonderful stand-in for vermouth — and works beautifully in a long drink with ginger beer.
This white Pineau pairs beautifully with foie gras, a chocolate dessert or a fresh fruit salad.
