Côtes du Rhône – Bosquet des Boiron – 2022

The Boiron family has been a winemaking family for five generations. It all started in 1860, with Emmanuel Boiron's first investments in the local vineyard.
Today, as he has since 1995, Nicolas is contributing to the estate by purchasing 3 hectares of Côtes du Rhône and 4.5 hectares of Châteauneuf du Pape. Together with his wife, Jeanne-Claire, they aim to ensure this decisive turning point in viticulture: the embracing of modernity and the alliance between technological advancements and respect for tradition.
