For over eight centuries, in Colombé-le-Sec, the Gothic columns of the monks' cellar have sheltered the harvests. Today, the Calon-Egger family transforms them into an elegant champagne, heir to the history of the heartland of the Aube region. It is made primarily with Pinot Noir.
