Sir Davis is a Straight Rye whisky launched in 2024, the result of a collaboration between Moët Hennessy and Beyoncé Knowles-Carter, Inspired by his great-grandfather, a bootlegger during Prohibition, this premium whiskey, produced in Texas, blends 51 % of rye and 49 % of malted barley, aged in American oak barrels and finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Its spicy and woody notes, balanced by the sweetness of the barley and hints of dried fruit and caramel, create a complex and refined experience. A tribute to family heritage and the art of distillation.
