Maceration of juniper berries and 15 other aromatic plants in grain alcohol from French vineyards. Maceration of Pinot Noir grape pomace from Burgundy. Minimum 3 months of aging in stainless steel tanks. Wax cap applied by hand.

For the Gin Pinot, it is infused with the pomace of Pinot Noir grapes, the king of Burgundy's vineyards. These few days of grape infusion have given this new gin a true winemaker's signature, as well as a color characteristic of great Burgundy red wines. On the palate, notes of red fruit mingle with juniper and the 15 other botanicals that make up the Sab's Le Gin recipe.
