Discover this delightful perry, beautifully vinous, with a very precise aromatic profile of pear. The palate is very fruity and refreshingly crisp, with fine bubbles and a lively finish. Perfect as an aperitif, this perry also pairs wonderfully with goat cheese and dark chocolate.
In addition to his apple trees, Eric Bordelet also owns a centuries-old pear orchard, which he cultivates organically. This "Poiré l'Authentique" cuvée is made from a blend of 14 pear varieties (Plant de Blanc, Autricotin, De Cloche, Champagne, etc.). It is produced using the same traditional method as cider, with a natural fermentation process and no chaptalization.
Eric Bordelet's estate is located in southern Normandy, on the Armorican massif, extending from Domfrontais to the borders of Mayenne and Orne.
