COLOUR: golden, bright
NOSE : Fragrant, complex, abundant and indulgent. Very fruity, it reveals a clear base of coconut, the tang of fresh citrus, nuts, honey and sweet spices, vanilla, cinnamon.
MOUTH :A consistently fresh and fruity character, punctuated by a hint of white pepper. Notes of pear, orange, and fig are layered with cream and caramel, under a veil of coffee.
FINAL: Long and intense. It focuses on coconut, veiled with banana, fresh tobacco, and cocoa, finally offering a beautiful touch of licorice.

AGEING : 8 years in American white oak barrels at Hacienda San Isidro, then transferred to ex-Cognac French oak barrels, it continues its aging in the cellars with the continental climate of Javrezac, on the outskirts of Cognac.
