DRESS : luminous coppery veiled
NOSE : powerful and rich with licorice, star anise, candied fruit, notes of thyme, rosemary, incense.
MOUTH : A nice balance on a powerful, full-bodied pastis; the character remains that of a pastis with a hint of peach jam and fresh figs.
FINAL: Fresh, tangy with light hints of sweet almonds that subtly evoke the Moorish style.
ORIGIN : Saint Tropez
DEVELOPMENT: The distillation of star anise in column stills is followed by a series of macerations of various carefully selected plants and spices, including licorice wood and Madagascar vanilla, fig, myrtle, and thyme. Finally, an orange blossom distillate and a sweet almond maceration complete the blend. This succession of distillates and macerations is filtered several times and blended to reach 45% of alcohol.

This product is best enjoyed with 5 times its volume of water chilled with ice cubes, or ideally with 7 times its volume of water to fully appreciate its subtlety.
