Karukera Double Distillat is the marriage of a pure cane juice distillate aged in French oak barrels, with a molasses distillate aged in American oak barrels, forming the soul of this Guadeloupean rum.
To enhance this union, the cellar master chose a final maturation in French oak barrels that previously contained cognac, giving Karukera Double Distillat an intense sweetness and a surprising bouquet.
