This French gin originates from an island on the Atlantic coast. It tells the story of a passion for a flower, the Immortelle, which perfumed the dunes of our childhood.
Its subtle balance comes from the perfect marriage of juniper berries, cardamom, angelica, immortelle, and other native plants. It is an eco-responsible product that supports the sustainable cultivation of immortelle flowers on the Île d'Oléron.
