Fiumeseccu Red – Domaine Alzipratu – 2023

The Corsican Alzipratu estate is at the origin of the Fiumeseccu vintage. It is a blend of 4 grape varieties from plots aged 10 to 30 years: Niellucciu, Sciaccarellu, Elegante and Syrah.

Destemmed at 100%, without the addition of yeasts, the vinification takes place at controlled temperature with macerations of 8 to 12 days.

It is a fruity wine with a slightly peppery, spicy finish, where the typicity is already very present.

Its attack is supple and it has a lovely tannic structure. It pairs well with flavorful dishes and can age to fully express itself.
