Presentation
The youngest of the Dixneuf vintages available in the La Halte Rouillacaise range, the 2015 charms with its energy and the freshness of its fruit. An eau-de-vie at once immediate and precise, embodying the aromatic signature of Fins Bois — fruity, approachable, generous.
Tasting notes
- Eye : Bright yellow-gold robe with green highlights.
- Nose : Expressive first nose: grape, Williams pear, vine flower. With aeration, more toasted notes (brioche, vanilla) emerge.
- Palate : Smooth attack; the palate reveals crisp fruit, underpinned by a fine mineral frame. Notes of green apple, quince and lemon zest.
- Finish : Clean, fresh finish, lightly spiced.
