Citadelle – Gin 44% – 70cl

The 19 botanicals that make up Citadelle infuse for between one and four days, depending on the profile: a crucial time for Citadelle to acquire its distinctive character. It is then distilled in small copper pot stills over an open flame. While Citadelle offers a rich and complex aroma, its three defining characteristics remain: juniper, its signature and the key base of Citadelle; citrus, a complementary note that underscores the juniper; and exoticism, adding another layer of complexity with hints of pepper, nutmeg, and cinnamon. A perfect balance between intensity and finesse. Citadelle has won over 60 medals, including “Spirit of the Year” at the 2017 World Spirits Awards, as well as “World’s Best Gin” and “Gin Grand Master” in London. Its bottle also attracts attention, having been awarded a gold medal at the Spirits Design Master 2017.
