Trinidad and Tobago have retained a great deal of rum-making expertise from their British origins. Canoubier Rum de Trinidad is crafted using traditional methods and aged for three years. At the very end of its maturation, aging in cognac casks gives it an aromatic profile worthy of a fine cognac.
