TERROIR: Located at the foot of a slope, facing east-southeast in the locality known as "Les Citernes" at an altitude of 240m. Clay-limestone soil, one meter deep in places and very ferruginous.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C

Aging potential: 5 to 6 years
