Seven Wood – Isle Of Jura – Single Malt Scotch

This is a complex single malt, shaped by the influence of seven casks from different origins. After maturing in bourbon casks, the whisky is finished in new oak casks from six French forests: Allier, Limousin, Tronçais, Bertranges, Vosges, and Jupilles. Through this expression, Jura demonstrates the importance of maturation processes on the balance and depth of whisky.
