ORGANIC DECROIX GIN

The project originated from an extraordinary Sichuan pepper tree (Zanthoxylum piperitum) planted on the Decroix farm more than twenty years ago.

Its berries, with their powerful and spontaneous aroma, provide the base note for our gin. We add coriander, cardamom, ginger, angelica, and of course juniper berries, native to our hillsides of Montmoreilien.

After macerating for 48 hours in organic wheat alcohol, the plant cocktail is distilled in a Stupfler® still, the "Rolls-Royce of stills".

Taste. Finesse. Meaning. An aromatic signature pronounced enough not to lose its personality in gin and tonic or cocktails.
