Demoiselles de Garancille – IGP Charente – Moelleux

The Domaine de Garancille has been owned by the Billhouet family since the 18th century. The estate's primary purpose was to produce cognac, but in the late 1990s, Henri Bouillhet decided to diversify production by planting Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sauvignon Gris. This 100% Sauvignon Gris is a sweet white wine.
