Rum – Boukman

Boukman Boukman Rum is a spiced rum from Haiti, distilled from fresh sugarcane juice, known locally as "Clairin Trempè." It originates from two of Haiti's finest rum-producing regions: the rich sugarcane fields of Croix-des-Bouquets in the south and the sugarcane fields in the north around Cap-Haïtien, the site of Dutty Boukman's rebellion. Distilled from fresh sugarcane juice and infused with botanicals and barks, many native to Haiti, no sugar is added. The result is a dry, intense, and complex rum with an elegant finish.
